The International Conference «Kazakhstan in the Eurasian Economic Union: A Strategy for Further Development» has been held in Astana

Vladimir Salamatov, the General Director of ITI, took part in the discussion of the Logistic Potential of the Eurasian Region as part of the International Conference held by the Eurasian Economic Commission. The increase in demand in such large regional economies opens vast opportunities for the countries of Central Asia to expand and strengthen their economic relations. Discussants deliberated about the position of Kazakhstan in the context of growing demand conditioned by the improvement in transportation and logistics systems of the Eurasian Region. Discussants decided on steps needed to attract a sufficient amount of private investments in infrastructure of Kazakhstan and related companies, as well as actions to promote such ambitious plans in future.
