Specifically for Roscongress Foundation, ITI has developed an information and analytical portal, which is an interactive library of knowledge and system of navigation in forums, major congresses, most important public and international events.
In the process of creating the resource the ITI team analyzed the entire existing database on events, including results and reports, identified the most important agendas and topics under discussion and then combined and structured this information. This allowed for creation of a unique modern system for searching, obtaining and structuring analytical information on the current agenda discussed at the forums in conjunction with events and speakers on the topic of interest. It is worth noting that ITI also developed the concept, design and architecture of the site. Currently, the company is responsible not only for programming the portal, but also for filling it with content, analytical support of events and development of the resource.
A specifically developed navigation system provides the user with extensive searching capabilities by the following units of information:
- speakers on the topic;
- results of particular sessions on the topic;
- analytical materials on the topic;
- video/photo on the topic.
It also allows the Portal visitors to check out the results both within internal sections and across external sources of Yandex.Search system, as well as to structure information in Yandex.News news feed.
To make navigation more convenient the user can search for the necessary information in key sections of the information and analytical Portal — Agenda, Events, Analytics, Participants. News feed on the Portal includes major events, announcements of business and cultural and sports forum programs.
Agenda contains information on topics such as Globalization, Cyber Security, Environment, Sustainable Development, Digitalization, The Fourth Industrial Revolution, Human Capital, Charity, and others. Activities of international organizations, including G20, ASEAN, APR, BRICS, EAEU, CIS, SCO, are also discussed.
In the Events section the user can find videos, highlights of the discussion, quotes of speakers in the session of interest. During the Forum visitors can track the program of the event, get real-time reports on the results of discussions from the TASS information partner, as well as view online broadcasts.
Analytics section is a selection of analytical materials, reports on current trends and topics discussed at the events of the Foundation.
Speakers and Experts section contains information on key participants and guests of forums of different years with the opportunity to have a look at the events, in which each of the speakers participated, their statements during the discussion within sessions and photo and video materials.
The information and analytical Portal enables users to assess all provided materials and speakers and experts to share their opinions and participate in discussions about results of the sessions held, as well as about the published analytical materials.
