The International Trade and Integration (ITI) Research Centre was established in April 2016 to perform a system analysis of the participation of Russia and countries of the Eurasian Economic Union in international trade, study international trade practices under agreements to which the World Trade Organization is a party and develop economic integration processes.
A separate area of work is the identification, classification and search for ways to reduce non-tariff barriers to trade.
ITI combines the competencies and experience of participants in multilateral trade negotiations concerning Russia joining the WTO, development and conclusion of interstate trade and economic agreements, draft Federal Laws of the Russian Federation and regulations of the Government of the Russian Federation, and development of the EAEU regulatory framework.
We combine theory and practice and help businesses in Russia and the Eurasian Economic Union to implement a development strategy through the participation in international trade and economic integration.
Our actions today define our tomorrow: while implementing the ideas of international research centres, we are building a better future.
Human capital is the most important factor; man is a centre and heart of everything: people are the source of our ideas, inspiration and solutions.
