The workbook is designed for development of skills in systems thinking when making decisions within the framework of trading activities. The workbook contains tasks selected in such a way as to stimulate development of systemic and strategic thinking of students doing courses in Quality Management, Standardization, Metrology and Conformity Assessment and Trading. The first part of the workbook states the tasks, the second — gives their solutions together with important comments explaining main ideas of the tasks and their relation to the management problematics. The workbook will be useful for students of the School of Applied Economics and Commerce.
