Analytical report “Market of China: Access Issues” contains assessment of the export specialization of the PRC, its competitiveness and participation in the value chain. The report provides systematic and detailed view of specific aspects of the trade and investment regulation in the PRC, including tariff restrictions, TBT (Technical Barriers to Trade) and SPS (Sanitary and Phytosanitary) measures, intellectual property protection issues, granting, government procurement, e-commerce regulation, special economic zones and a number of other issues.
Close interaction of the authors with the Eurasian Economic Commission and business of the Eurasian Economic Union member states, both at the level of business associations and directly with manufacturers and exporters, made it possible to identify systemic and specific issues of access to the Chinese market.
