Relevance of this article is defined by discussion of the issue of possibility of entering into agreement(s) on mutual recognition of results of conformity assessment (tests) for certain product groups in trade of the Eurasian Economic Union (EAEU) member states with the Shanghai Cooperation Organization (SCO) states.
The purpose of the article is to assess the impact of technical measures on the international trade of the EAEU member states with the SCO member states with regard to the high technology or high value added goods.
